College Village
Convenient & Affordable On-Campus Housing
College Village is located just down the hill from GCC providing convenient and affordable apartment style living for full time students of GCC. All suites house 4-5 residents and are fully furnished with a full kitchen, bathroom, and living room with the option of a double (shared) or single (private) bedroom. The Housing Rate includes the cost of WiFi, basic cable, telephone service, laundry facilities, parking, and basic utilities, with heat and electric service covered by a predetermined limit.
New For The 2018 - 2019 School Year
Ask us about living in a Communal Single room! College Village is renovating to provide students with more options on campus. Residents who chose this option will have a private bedroom in a communal floor with more opportunities to meet new people and participate in special living learning events in the convenience of their own building. Housing Rates for 2018 - 2019 Academic Year
Double Room
- Shared bedroom in a 4 person apartment
- $3,200 per semester / $6,400 per year
Community Single
- Private bedroom in communal floor
- $3,850 per semester / $7,700 per year
Group Single Room
- Private bedroom in a 4-5 person apartment
- $3,850 per semester / $7,700 per year
Twin Single Room
- Private bedroom in a 2 person apartment
- $4,150 per semester / $8,300 per year
*Housing Contracts are for the full academic year (Fall & Spring)
How To Apply to College Village
- Complete the Housing Contract
- Pay the $250 security deposit
- Complete the Room Preference
- Review the following documents:
College Village housing is for GCC students only. Please be sure to complete the GCC Application and register as a full time student in order to be eligible for housing.
