As a fifth-generation, family-owned company with more than 135 years of hospitality experience, we’re excited to serve the GCC community with fresh food, exceptional hospitality, and a dining program designed around the needs of faculty, staff, students, and visitors.
Lessing’s operates dining programs at colleges and universities, private schools, hospitals, and corporations throughout the Northeast and Florida. Our goal is to create a dining experience at Genesee that is convenient, welcoming, and something you’ll look forward to every day.
The Dining Center and Cougar Kitchen are now open, you’ll enjoy fresh-prepared meals including a scratch made pizza program, seasonal menus, global flavors, convenient grab-and-go options, and a variety of choices to accommodate different dietary preferences and lifestyles. Whether you’re grabbing breakfast before the start of your day, meeting colleagues for lunch, grading papers over coffee, or picking up a quick meal between classes, our dining locations are welcoming gathering places for the entire campus community.
